Working with the Indelible Group, I served as Producer, Project Manager, and Animation Supervisor, overseeing the full production lifecycle of an animated commercial from early storyboards through final delivery. Collaborating closely with the client and creative team, I helped translate an engaging script into a clear visual plan and guided the project through each stage of production.

My role included managing timelines and deliverables, coordinating artists and animators, and supervising animation quality to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with the client’s goals. Throughout the process, I acted as a key point of communication between stakeholders and the production team, balancing creative vision with practical execution.

The final result was a polished, effective animated commercial that stayed true to the original concept while meeting both creative and production objectives.
