For Torn, I collaborated closely with author Owen Robinson to help visually define and elevate his novel series through a cohesive and compelling visual identity. Serving as Producer and Creative Lead, I assembled and managed a team of artists to translate the world of Torn from the page into striking visual assets that could support both storytelling and marketing.
This work included the development of character poster cards for key figures in the series, each designed to reflect the tone, personality, and narrative role of the character. In addition, I oversaw the creation of the series logo, ensuring it captured the scale, atmosphere, and genre of the world Owen envisioned. The team also designed original weapons and creature concepts, expanding the visual language of the universe and helping to establish a consistent aesthetic across all materials.
Throughout the project, I acted as the central point of communication between the author and the art team—aligning creative vision, managing schedules, and maintaining quality across all deliverables. The result was a unified visual foundation that strengthened the identity of the Torn series and provided the author with assets that could be used across promotion, world-building, and future development.
